Residential - single family |
|
| |
|
Single family projects have been one of
the most important in our repertoire as interior designers. The amplified
detail and opportunities for creative expression in these projects
serves to showcase our exceptional emphasis on design. We have completed
in excess of twenty-five single-family projects including the Caribbean.
Our contextual approach to design has lead to a number of projects
being cited and published in a diversity of design expressions. |

Hospitality - restaurants and resorts |
|
| |
|
Hospitality projects have allowed us a
variety of expressions in the interiors. It has been challenging as
well as satisfying to be involved in the design of interiors that
reflect the ambiance of a particular destination theme while attending
to practical issues of comfort, circulation, durability of finishes
and specified budget. Projects have included beachfront and restaurants
created in the historical style as well as with southwestern influences,
along with remodeling an island resort with Balinese styles. |

Institutional - medical and retirement communities |
|
| |
|
One of the most rewarding areas of our
practice has been in humanizing and creating warm and comfortable
environments while meeting the challenges of technical, code and safety
issues. Our work has included the refurbishment of medical lobbies,
physicians' offices as well as complete interior design services for
the Florida Neck & Back Research Institute in Gainesville, Florida. |

Condominiums - apartment, models and showhouses |
|
| |
|
Projects have ranged from Caribbean Golf
Club Villas and ocean front condominiums to luxury penthouses in New
York and Florida. Each project has afforded us the creativity and
our selection and performance in the Jacksonville Symphony Showhouse
continues to employ this diversity of styles. |

Corporate and Commercial |
|
| |
|
Our formula for the successful corporate
project has been to create a balance between the expression of a corporate
image and the development of an efficient workplace. This arises out
of a researched knowledge of the company's character and operations
being translated into built form employing both aesthetic and economical
solutions. Projects have included corporate jets (interior design
and exterior graphics), financial institutions, showrooms and gift
shops. |
